2017 Golf Outing

July 20, 2017, marked the annual NWPA NTMA Golf Outing at The Country Club, Meadville

The Golf Outing was another fantastic event with a sell-out crowd.  This year's event included sampling from VooDoo Brewery on #8, and special guest Scott Hanaway to hit an extra tee shot for each foursome on #17.  Scott is a Past President of the NWPA Chapter NTMA and former owner and President of Tech Molded Plastics.

This year's event also featured a live auction Safari Hunt Auction donated by Shaun Keeny.  Thanks to Nate Nicolls for auctioneering and congratulations to John Watkins who had the winning bid.

Scholarship Awards Ceremony

The event was kicked off by NWPA NTMA Education Foundation Scholarship presentations totaling $13,250.  Thirteen students and their families attended the presentation and luncheon.  Since its inception in 1999, the Foundation has awarded over $103,250 in scholarships.  This wouldn't be possible without the support of local partners!  Thank you to Byham's Insurance Services, Hagan Business Machines, Marquette Savings Bank, Starlite Group, The Wehrle Family, and The Proper Family.  Plus scholarships presented in partnership wtih Crawford Heritage Foundation from The Deane Family, The Cummings Family and The Slezak Family.  Awards are also provided quarterly to the top Precision Machining student at PMI by The Starn Family.  Scholarship Photo Gallery>>
